We offer a 3-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify:
- Product must be unused & in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on delivery.
If item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong product
Contact within 48 hours at xled.contact@gmail.com with video/photo proof.
We will provide a replacement or resolution after verification.
Returns
- Accepted only for damaged/defective items
- No returns for change of mind
- Custom-sized orders are non-returnable
Warranty
All products include 2 Years Warranty:
- Covers manufacturing defects
- Only repair/replacement will be provided
- No refunds after 3-day return window
Refunds
- Issued only if replacement is not possible
- Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
COD Orders
- COD orders require a ₹499 advance payment
- Remaining amount payable on delivery
- Orders without advance will not be processed
